Este tipo de turismo es un reto ambicioso para los distintos destinos, ya que supone desarrollar propuestas que aumenten al máximo la experiencia del turista, valiéndose del Big Data y por supuesto de las nuevas tecnologías, ambas una herramienta clave para poder ofrecer un servicio personalizado. O lo que viene a ser combinar la digitalización del sector turismo, pero siempre atendiendo a la sostenibilidad, accesibilidad y turismo circular, y sin desatender la innovación.
El big data al servicio del turismo inteligente
Pero no basta con ello, además, un destino de turismo inteligente, irá más allá ofreciendo una infraestructura tecnológica de vanguardia, que será la que permita garantizar lo mencionado en el punto anterior.
En definitiva, el turismo inteligente deberá trabajar en la promoción, interacción e integración de cada uno de los visitantes, con el entorno, siempre buscando el aumento la calidad de la experiencia, pero sin olvidarse de los residentes, a quienes les deberá mejoran la calidad de vida.
Una tarea ardua sin duda, pero que ya es una realidad y se afianzará en el futuro.
